Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 222jl ("222jl", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 222jl online gaming platform accessible at https://222jl.co and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.

222jl operates as a licensed online gaming platform under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are drafted in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws, including the PAGCOR Charter (P.D. 1869, as amended), and relevant consumer protection statutes of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account on 222jl, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 222jl platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by a User on the 222jl platform, which stores the User's personal details, wallet balance, transaction history, and gaming preferences.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held within a User's 222jl Account, including real-money deposits and bonus credits, which are denominated and transacted exclusively in PHP.
• "Bonus Credits" means non-withdrawable promotional credits granted to a User subject to wagering requirements and other conditions stated in the applicable promotional offer.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to the Philippine-based digital payment platforms commonly used by Filipino players for depositing and withdrawing funds on 222jl.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction other than the Philippines where access to the 222jl platform is restricted by local law.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Account Registration & KYC Verification

• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank withdrawals follow standard banking timelines.
• 222jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements.
• Any bonus credit balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements is not withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

222jl offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 222jl promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 222jl platform — including live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, bingo, and arcade games — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the specific game rules provide greater player protections.

• All non-live game outcomes are determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be influenced by 222jl or any player.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained studio dealers under surveillance.
• A placed bet is final once confirmed by the system. Players may not cancel confirmed wagers except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the game result will be determined by the system log at the point of disconnection. 222jl is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues outside the platform's control.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the commencement of the event. Bets placed at a stated odd are honored at that odd unless 222jl identifies a manifest error in the pricing.
• In the event of a game malfunction or software error, all affected bets will be voided and the staked amounts returned to player accounts. Winnings generated by a game error are not valid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222jl platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, falsifying identity documents, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one 222jl account, whether directly or through proxies, family members, or associates, with the intent to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over 222jl or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to play games or place bets on the 222jl platform without direct human interaction.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or game malfunctions. 222jl reserves the right to void any transactions arising from system errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the 222jl platform to launder money or conceal the proceeds of unlawful activities. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law.
• Unauthorized Account Access: Accessing another player's account without authorization, or facilitating unauthorized access to 222jl systems.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, harassing, or threatening language toward 222jl staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

222jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a source of income or as a means to resolve financial difficulties.

Limitation of Liability

222jl's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits in the three (3) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

222jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance dormant for more than 12 consecutive months).

Upon termination for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus credits) will be returned to the player via the last-used payment method subject to completion of KYC and applicable AML checks. Upon termination for breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

222jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where changes are required urgently by regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the 222jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to the use of the 222jl platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's administrative procedures or mutual agreement.
